KENTUCKY POST-LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

The Kentucky Real Estate Commission requires that all newly licensed Kentucky Real Estate Agent, licensed after January 1st, 2016, must complete 48 hours of post-license education. This requirement comprises 32 hours of mandatory courses and 16 hours of elective courses. Newly licensed sales associate licensees are given a 2 years from the date of receiving their real estate license to fulfill this requirement.
