You have six (6) months from the time of enrollment to complete the course in its entirety. In order to receive a certificate of completion for the course, you will have to complete all necessary coursework, the course project and successfully pass the online proctored final exam (not the licensing exam) with a score of 75% or better (three attempts allowed) with 4 day waiting periods between exams.

Please Note: A criminal conviction may prevent an applicant from qualifying for licensure under KRS 324.045. Per Kentucky law, students are not allowed to complete more than 9 hours of coursework per day. It’s the student’s responsibility to track their hours. Please contact Prime Real Estate Academy with any questions.

COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY

If you drop out of the course within 7 days of the enrollment/purchase date AND If more than ½  of the course has NOT been completed a refund will be granted. After 7 days, no refund is available.

All online courses provide access to the course for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Your completion date of the course determines the year the credit will be issued. You may review any portion of the course you have completed within your 6-month timeframe – even after you have received your certificate of completion. Per Kentucky law, students are not allowed to complete more than 9 hours of coursework per day. To be in compliance with KREC, within the online course you will be required to complete an affidavit, take an online final exam and complete the survey at the end of the course.

Students may receive a refund as long as the student complies with this Refund Policy. Prime Real Estate Academy shall issue a refund pursuant to a request for a refund by the student if (i) the student requests the refund within 7 calendar days of the enrollment/purchase date; AND (ii) more than ½  of the course has not been completed. After 7 days, no refund is available.

Upon enrollment, each course is valid for Six (6) Months from the enrollment date. Prior to expiration, students have the option to purchase an extension. Review extension options here.
